Enquiries by email or phone: name, email, phone and message, to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for 12 months after the last contact if no contract follows.
WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp (+34 601 264 771), we process your number, profile name and messages to reply, on the same legal basis and for the same period as email enquiries. The service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Clients: contact and billing details, to deliver the service and invoice it. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep them for 6 years after the relationship ends, for commercial and tax obligations.
Server logs: IP address, browser and time of access, to keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them for 12 months at most.
We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.
The home page offers a Google Maps map. It only loads if you click "Load map". At that moment Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) receives your IP address and may use cookies. Legal basis: your consent, given with that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may transfer data to the United States, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). More at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. Our web hosting and email provider processes data on our behalf as a processor. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so with the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing admin@levantix.es with the subject "Data protection". We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website sets no cookies of its own for analytics, advertising or tracking. Only Google may use cookies if you choose to load the map. If we add other non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
